Clicki Subprocessor List
Purpose
This document identifies the third-party subprocessors used by Clicki Referrals to deliver its services. Subprocessors are vendors or service providers that may process customer data, including personal data (PII), on behalf of Clicki.
Scope
This list applies to all production systems and services used by Clicki Referrals that may store, process, or transmit customer or end-user data.
Subprocessor Definition
A subprocessor is any third-party entity engaged by Clicki that processes customer data in order to provide core platform functionality, infrastructure, communications, payments, analytics, or support services.

Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Purpose: Cloud infrastructure, hosting, storage, compute, networking, and managed services
Data Processed: Application data, customer data, referral data, logs, backups

Communications and Messaging
Twilio
Purpose: SMS and MMS messaging delivery and communication services
Data Processed: Phone numbers, message content, metadata related to communication events

Dots (Divisible Inc.)
Purpose: Referral reward payouts and cashout processing
Data Processed: Payout data, recipient information, financial transaction metadata

Purpose: Payment processing for Clicki customers (subscription billing, charges)

Data Processed: Support conversations, customer contact information, issue-related data

Purpose: Logging, monitoring, and observability
Data Processed: Application logs, metrics, operational data (may include limited customer data if not fully redacted)

Subprocessor Management
Clicki evaluates subprocessors prior to use and considers factors such as security practices, reputation, and relevance to service delivery. Subprocessors are selected to support secure and reliable operation of the Clicki platform.
Where applicable:
Subprocessors are expected to implement appropriate security and data protection measures
Data shared with subprocessors is limited to what is necessary for their function
Contracts or agreements include data protection and confidentiality obligations where feasible
Changes to Subprocessors
Clicki may update this list from time to time as services evolve. Customers may be notified of material changes in accordance with contractual or legal obligations.
